Fractional Product Inefficiency Indicator

One of my friends asked me to make this simple indicator in MQL4.

I didn't ask him is it useful but I googled for the keyword "FPI indicator Metatrader". When I found this link "FPI – Fractional Product Inefficiency: The Impeccable Hedge" I decided to code it!
